Food came out fast but I was threatened with a taser and called a slur by another customer

All around great Popeyes. Fast service, friendly workers. Chicken sandwich was on point!

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this Popeyes. I'd never been to a Popeyes before, but I pass this location everyday on the way to the train station, so one day last week, I finally decided to try it. During my visit, there was a very short line. The employees were polite and quick to take and process my order, and the chicken sandwich and biscuit I received were both hot and tasted fresh for a fast food joint. I also appreciated that the staff all asked questions to make sure they got it right without the customer having to request things! Ex.: asking if I wanted ice in my soda or if I wanted additional sauces. Note: There's still no indoor seating due to COVID, so all orders are takeout.

Updating my previous review from approximately a year ago - this place is still fire. Their employees are pretty cool people, and their food is always prime. I've been to some hella sketchy Popeyes in the past, but this one? Nope. I'm with it. Big fan. In fact, I'm waiting on my order from then as we speak

Handling some business in Bushwick, I decided to get a quick lunch from Popeyes. This location, conveniently located by a J/M/Z station, was mostly empty when I popped in today around 1:00 PM. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, $3.99 before tax. It was ready by the time my payment finished processing. Service was fast and friendly; they get points for that. As for the sandwich, well, it's a thing of perfection. The spicy sauce and the crisp pickles are low-key amazeballs. The chicken itself, a large slab of crispy white meat, is juicy and delicious. I would eat this every day if there was a Popeyes closer to where I live.
